Article 1 (Purpose)
The Terms and Conditions seek to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Member's Mall (hereinafter referred to as "Member's Mall") operated by AUTON Co., Ltd. (an electronic trading company, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the user in utilizing Genesis Member's Mall.
Article 6 (Purchase Requisition)
A “Customer” who uses the “Member's Mall” shall request purchase at the “Member's Mall” by the following or similar methods, and the “Member's Mall” shall provide the following information in an easy-to-understand manner for the “Customer” making purchase requisition (if he or she is a "member," however, Articles 2 ~ 4 shall not apply):

1. Search and Selection of Goods, etc.

2. Entry of Name, Address, Phone Number, E-mail Address (or Mobile Phone Number)

3. Confirmation of Cost-related Contents of Terms, Subscription Withdrawal Limited Services, Delivery Fees, Installation Fees, etc.

4. Marks Indicating Agreement to the Terms and Conditions and to Confirm or Reject Item 3 above (Mouse Click)

5. Purchase Requisition of Goods, etc. and Confirmation or Consent to Confirmation of the "Member's Mall”

6. Choosing the Payment Method
Article 8 (Payment Method)
The payment for goods, etc. purchased at the "Owner's Mall" may be made by any of the following methods:

1. Payment by Hyundai Motors points

2. Card payment such as debit and credit card, etc.

3. Multiple payments using points and card / bank transfer
Article 13 (Refund)
If goods, etc. purchased by the “Customer” cannot be delivered due to reasons such as out of stock, etc., the "Member's Mall" shall notify the "Customer" of the reason without delay and shall refund or take the necessary measures within 5 business days of payment if the payment of goods, etc. is made in advance.
Article 17 (Obligation of the “Customer”)
The "Customer" shall not do the following:

1. Registration of false contents when requisitioning or changing

2. Illegal use of other's information

3. Illegal change of information posted on the "Member's Mall"

4. Sending or posting information (such as computer programs, etc.) other than those set forth by the "Member's Mall”

5. Infringement of intellectual property rights of the "Member's Mall" and copyright of a third party

6. Defamation of honor or obstruction of business of the "Owner's Mall" and other third parties

7. Using the information of others or providing false information when requisitioning or using service

8. Using the ID of a third party or making one's ID available to a third party
-
9. Disclosing or posting pornography or violent messages, images, voices, or other information that runs counter to public morals at the Mall

10. Default on the payment of goods, etc. purchased through the “Member's Mall” and “Customer's” liability in connection with the use of the “Member's Mall”

11. Using services for resale purposes after purchasing products by applying coupons without any real purchasing intention
